We offer CrossFit group classes, personal training, spin classes, Yoga, specialty programs, nutrition assistance, and more. In addition, we can tailor a hybrid program specific to you!

Class Schedule

Raise the Bar CrossFit offers early morning, late morning, lunchtime, and evening classes. We know you are busy and we want to do everything possible to help you meet your goals!

The staff is very positive, professional and encouraging. When they see me hit that wall they push me. The people that I work out along side make the experience that much better.
