BOOT CAMP

Boot Camp is held Monday through Friday at 8 a.m. This is the class to be if you desire an all-women environment, high-intensity cardiovascular exercise, and a fantastic community of other supportive women looking to get into great shape.

Our Boot Camp classes are designed to help you shed body fat and feel your best. Boot Camp is CrossFit without the technical Olympic lifts. We focus on getting the heart pumping and the calories burning. 

We also offer daycare at an affordable price so that if you have children, you can still get your workout in and know that they will be looked after. (Children are in eyeshot of their parents.) 

Boot Camp is the place to be if you are looking to get a good workout in and have a great time doing it!
