Your schedule is busy and getting in early in the morning or after work may be an issue. We get it! That’s why we created the “Lunch Bunch!”
This 30-minute workout is held from 12:15-12:45 p.m. Monday–Friday. You can come in during your lunch break, get a quick but effective workout in and get back to your busy day!
We have shower facilities and dressing rooms at Raise the Bar so you can just bring your workout clothes in, get a good sweat on, and get back to work.
We are often asked if a 30-minute workout is effective. The answer? Absolutely! You” enjoy a quick warm-up followed by a traditional CrossFit workout consisting of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. The magic is in the movements and your intensity level.
So yes, 30 minutes is enough to help you achieve and excellent fitness level. When paired with improved eating habits, our Lunch Bunch athletes have seen phenomenal improvements in their health!
